I’m defining Highly Sensitive People, or HSPs for short as people who have sensory processing sensitivity and about 15-20% of the population fits into this category. Being an HSP parent presents challenges, but there are also many gifts.     We will go over topics such as:
  • Challenges for HSP parents
  • Stress-relieving activities
  • How to see your sensitivity as a gift
